Fidia is prioritizing its RD efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Joint Care, Eye Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Regenerative Care, Primary Care and Specialty Care.With the aim of strengthening our Organization, we are recruiting a Assistant to the CEOYou will play a key role supporting the management of a wide range of advanced administrative activities and CEO support-related tasks.Main responsibilities:To manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.To prepare and coordinate materials for board meetings and other executive functions.To act as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and internal/external stakeholders.To draft, review, and manage correspondence setting priorities, reports, and presentations.To facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across the organization.To provide personal support to the CEO, managing personal tasks and activities efficiently.Requirements: 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant with C/Leadership levelsNative/Fluent Italian/English (written and spoken C2)Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must, particularly proficiency of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel (including Worksheets, Graphics, Creating Formulas and performing Data Analysis, Creating Charts, Tables)Self-starting, self-confidence, assertiveness, and sensitivityAbility to manage a high volume of work, competing priorities, multi-task, and be resourceful in finding answers with little information.Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to interact collaborate effectively with others.Proactive mind-set with a pragmatic can-do attitudeSupportive, approachable strong team playerTrustworthy, and ability to deal with confidential mattersAble to work under time pressure and highly flexibleOur offer:Open ended contract."B" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.Salary between € 39.000 and € 45.000.Collective Bonus and company Welfare.Fidia benefits:In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign.Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.All people from the status of candidate to that of employee and throughout the duration of their employment relationship are entitled to the same opportunities and protections regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, migration background, religion, nationality, age.All company procedures are therefore drafted in compliance with the principles expressed in the previous point; any divergences should be promptly brought to the attention of the People Culture Department.
