Job Description: Per gruppo metalmeccanico multinazionale e multidivisionale nel settore delle lavorazioni e delle tecnologie additive, siamo alla ricerca di una figura come Senior Product Engineer per sede in provincia di Parma.Sotto la guida del Product Engineering Manager, il Senior Product Engineer supervisiona la collaborazione tecnica e produttiva tra il reparto di produzione interno e il cliente (OEM) designato per i componenti IGT o Aviation.La figura dovrà guidare il processo di produzione dei componenti associati agli OEM, con una valutazione approfondita delle competenze tecniche, degli standard di qualità, dei tempi e dei costi, con particolare attenzione ai processi specializzati come il rivestimento, la foratura e il trattamento termico.All'interno di un ambiente di squadra, la figura supervisionerà anche le attività dei Manufacturing Engineer, responsabili della creazione di istruzioni operative e cicli di produzione per i componenti assegnati.PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ: Collaborare con il cliente (OEM) su questioni riguardanti aspetti tecnici, tempi, qualità e costi relativi ai loro specifici requisiti di produzione.Gestione di regolari riunioni giornaliere/settimanali con l'OEM per definire i dettagli tecnici, le strategie di produzione e l'introduzione di nuovi prodotti.Nominare e supervisionare i compiti dei Manufacturing Engineer designati per specifici progetti da seguire in collaborazione con il cliente.Collaborare strettamente con gli enti di produzione e qualità dello stabilimento per garantire che i programmi di produzione e i processi di pre-produzione siano in linea con le aspettative del cliente.Gestire le riunioni di revisione del progetto con il cliente e la revisione del progetto internamente.Raccogliere, analizzare e discutere le specifiche e i disegni richiesti dal cliente, gestire tutte le riunioni di kick-off e conseguente attuazione delle decisioni.Eseguire l'analisi di fattibilità di un nuovo prodotto, anche con l'interazione diretta con il cliente e/o con i fornitori esterni necessari per finalizzare un progetto condiviso.Disegnare il processo di produzione incorporando tutti gli aspetti dei criteri di progettazione del prodotto, compresa la definizione dei flussi di processo, dei tempi di produzione e delle distinte base, in collaborazione con altri reparti.Collaborare con il team di progettazione e la produzione per garantire la producibilità dei nuovi articoli sviluppati e progettati internamente.Coordinare tutti i prodotti di ingegneria del cliente assegnato, compresi i disegni, i campioni prototipo e i campioni di produzione.Preparare la documentazione richiesta dal cliente per qualificare i nuovi prodotti/processi dal kick-off al rilascio completo.Migliorare continuamente i prodotti/processi e utilizzare le corrette pratiche di gestione delle modifiche.Fornire un supporto costante alla produzione da un punto di vista ingegneristico al fine di prevenire e risolvere eventuali problemi ai componenti durante il flusso di processo.Collaborare con il reparto Qualità per progettare, preparare ed eseguire il protocollo di convalida delle attrezzature e dei processi interni, nonché la qualificazione dei fornitori critici esterni.CARATTERISTICHE RICERCATE: Laurea magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, della produzione o altre discipline tecniche correlate (ad es.aerospaziale, chimica, scienza dei materiali, ecc.).Forte conoscenza delle applicazioni Microsoft Office, tra cui Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Project.Ottima conoscenza di GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).COMPETENZE: Esperienza comprovata nel settore della qualità o dell'ingegneria con un minimo di 3/5 anni di esperienza.Requisito preferenziale esperienza nel settore industriale delle turbine a gas, aerospaziale o automobilistico.È richiesta l'esperienza NPI/APQP.Conoscenza approfondita dei programmi di garanzia della qualità e dei metodi e principi di ingegneria.Capacità di comunicazione a tutti i livelli in interfaccia con clienti e responsabili tecnici.Capacità di lettura e analisi di progetti e specifiche.Conoscenza di Microsoft Office, Project e ERP.Esperienza SAP preferibile.Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di riconoscere le discrepanze.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, comprese abilità scritte, interpersonali, di presentazione e di negoziazione ben sviluppate.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Capacità di definire problemi, raccogliere dati, stabilire fatti e trarre conclusioni valide.Capacità di interpretare un'ampia varietà di istruzioni tecniche in forma di diagrammi e di trattare diverse variabili astratte e concrete.Potrebbero essere necessarie occasionali trasferte all'estero e sul territorio nazionale per sostenere la rapida crescita dell'azienda.Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
