We are seeking a dynamic **Business Development** Manager**for our **retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform**, dedicated to driving business development in the **Italian** **market**.
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers (IB), implementing client retention strategies, actively contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance and targets.
**What will you do in this role**:
**Business Development**:
- Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Italian market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
**Client Retention**:
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
**Marketing Strategies**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
**Who are we looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Italian financial markets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication in **English**& **Italian** is a must.
