What You'll Do: The Customer Supply Chain Manager reports to the Head of Supply Chain. He/she performs all activities and tasks necessary to operate the orders deliveries all over the world.
What it Takes: Managing a team that is in direct touch with customers, internal support functions, logistics, and transportation partners.Monitoring the service level of the deliveries: end-to-end lead time from the order receipt up to the delivery.Monitoring the costs: to prepare and to deliver.Working with teams within the Supply Chain to secure the demand and stock availability for future requests from business partners.Implementing and animating improvement action plans.Finding solutions to improve our service level and customer satisfaction.Structuring the methodology and the process and contributing to the deployment.Accountabilities: KPI related to the lead time to deliver the customers + compliance of the deliveries + KPI related to costs.
