**CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER**
La figura ricercata, in staff alla direzione generale e in relazione continua con tutti gli enti aziendali, si occuperà di gestire e seguire la Customer Base dall’acquisizione fino all’assistenza.
L’obiettivo sarà quello di massimizzare la fiducia del cliente e monitorare il churn-rate con l’obiettivo di azzerarlo, prevedere e risolvere i problemi che possono sorgere.
Avrà visione a 360 gradi sulle prestazioni e sui servizi accessori e sarà responsabile della comunicazione verso il cliente nel post vendita.
Cerchiamo un leader preparato, motivato, autonomo con atteggiamento propositivo, creativo e persuasivo.
Avrà la responsabilità di ideare, sviluppare ed attivare strategie che migliorino la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei Clienti; investire il ruolo di rappresentante dei clienti al fine di condizionare l’operato dell’Azienda e ottenere un’eccellente assistenza.
Si richiede comprovata esperienza come Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Customer Care Manager o ruolo simile nel settore delle utilities, eccellenti abilità comunicative ed interpersonali, capacità di gestione di team, capacità di problem solving e decisionali, ottima conoscenza operativa dei sistemi e degli strumenti CRM.
Gradita Laurea triennale in gestione aziendale, marketing o ambito pertinente.
