Within the Tendering department of an important Oil & Gas company , the successful candidate will join the Proposal Management department: Mission: Planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal specifically of O&M projects, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices Responsabilità - Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance) - Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives - Development of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum) - Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functions - Technical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractors - Ensure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimator - Prepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposals - Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client
