Join Starhotels and become part of our Sales Team As Director of International Luxury Sales you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with international clients in the luxury segment. Your responsabilities includes: Identifying, handling and developing relationships with international clients in the luxury segment. Ensuring the achievement of the Company's revenue targets for the luxury segment by applying sales strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities. Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement. Providing analysis on trends in the luxury segment to improve the Company strategy. Analysing competitor strategies. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure maximum sales and development results. Coordinate activities with Directors of Sales of the Hotels Collezione to ensure alignment of sales strategies. Regularly interface with the General Managers of the Hotels Collezione to maintain efficient communication. Being available for frequent travel for sales activities, with a high number of travel days expected. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Proven experience in the role. Knowledge of commercial market dynamics. Previous experience in managing luxury clients and coordinating sales activities on an international level. An extensive portfolio of luxury clients and customers across multiple countries, not limited to Italy. The ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Luxury Travel Networks, ensuring a high level of influence and presence. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-starter approach. Negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
