Field & Partner Marketing Manager, GCR (based in Hong Kong) What you can expect We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing and demand generation strategies in the Greater China Region. As the Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute field marketing programs and nurture partner relationships. Essential collaboration with direct and indirect sales teams is required to align and execute strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include tracking success metrics and cross-functional interaction with internal teams. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

About the Team The Zoom's marketing team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in field or partner/channel marketing within a high-tech or SaaS company Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese + English in both written and spoken communication Ability to travel within the region to manage events and develop partner relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business benefits Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to anticipate needs Skills in multi-tasking and prioritization in a high-paced environment Passionate about delivering optimal solutions for sales, channel, and end customers Ways of Working
