DELIVERY SERVICE - Back Office tecnico TLC La persona si occuperà di garantire il presidio e il monitoraggio delle attività propedeutiche alla gestione degli ordini di lavoro e gestirà l'interfaccia diretta con l'utenza e i clienti
Le principali attività saranno:
Gestire le attività di Order Management da clienti o operatori;Gestire la comunicazione con i clienti sullo stato degli ordini SAL;Gestire, da remoto, la verifica giornaliera delle attività on field, attività di intervento dei tecnici su infrastrutture di rete;Verificare le cause di ritardo sulle attivazioni e successive azioni;Presidiare i SAL settimanali con gli operatori e con le Aree. L'Azienda seleziona neo diplomati Istituto Tecnico e Industriale (preferibile indirizzo TLC, elettronico, informatico) - Scientifico o neo laureati in materie scientifiche/ingegneristiche
Le risorse junior devono aver svolto almeno 6 o 12 mesi anche in stage, presso contesti aziendali strutturati
Requisito fondamentale utilizzo delle suite Microsoft, excel avanzato, spiccato orientamento allo sviluppo tecnologico, innovazione, telecomunicazioni
Completano il profilo atteggiamento proattivo, ottime capacità comunicative-relazionali, spirito di team working e orientamento agli obiettivi
Si offre un contratto di somministrazione iniziale di 6 mesi, con la possibilità di fare valutazioni su prospettive di inserimento in Azienda
