Restaurant Manager
A diretto riporto del Director of Operations della struttura, la figura sarà responsabile di garantire il funzionamento dei 4 ristoranti all'interno del resort, supervisionando tutti gli aspetti del servizio di ristorazione, inclusi il personale, la soddisfazione dei clienti e il controllo qualità, per offrire un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale agli ospiti.
Principali attività e responsabilità:
Gestire e supervisionare tutto il personale del ristorante, inclusi camerieri e hostess, per garantire standard di servizio eccezionali e la soddisfazione degli ospiti.
Coordinarsi con il personale di cucina per garantire la preparazione e la consegna tempestiva e accurata degli ordini, mantenendo alti standard di qualità e presentazione.
Supervisionare l'allestimento e l'atmosfera della sala da pranzo, inclusi apparecchiature, decorazioni e illuminazione, per creare un ambiente accogliente ed elegante secondo gli standard del resort.
Aiutare a gestire l'inventario, inclusi ordini, ricezione e controllo delle scorte, per ridurre al minimo gli sprechi e ottimizzare la redditività.
Monitorare e gestire i sistemi di prenotazione per ottimizzare le disposizioni dei posti a sedere e soddisfare le preferenze dei membri e le richieste speciali.
Gestire prontamente e professionalmente le richieste, i problemi e i feedback degli ospiti, garantendo una risoluzione positiva e mantenendo solide relazioni con i membri.
Mantenere la pulizia e l'organizzazione dell'area ristorante, incluse ispezioni regolari e coordinamento con il responsabile delle pulizie.
Garantire la conformità con le normative sanitarie, di sicurezza e di igiene, in coordinamento con i reparti pertinenti.
Monitorare le performance finanziarie, analizzare i dati di vendita e implementare strategie per aumentare le entrate e la redditività controllando i costi.
Pianificare ed eseguire eventi speciali, cene private e serate a tema.
Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo e collaborativo, incentivando il lavoro di squadra, la comunicazione e lo sviluppo professionale tra il personale.
Requisiti chiave:
Esperienza comprovata (5+ anni) in un ruolo di supervisione o gestione in un contesto alberghiero 5* e/o contesti di catena internazionale.
Conoscenza approfondita degli standard di servizio di ristorazione fine dining, inclusi il servizio del vino, l'etichetta al tavolo e le relazioni con gli ospiti.
Conoscenza di italiano e inglese fluenti.
