Junior HR Business Partner Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry.

It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.We are looking for an Junior HR Business Partner to join our European HR Team based in Milan.
The Junior HRBP will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to drive HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support various HR processes.
The Junior HRBP will ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and align with the company's strategic objectives.
This role is critical in supporting HR processes for the assigned area, primarily focusing on the European Head Office population, with occasional support if needed for specific processes in Italy and Iberia retail functions.
Activities: • Be the first point of contact for Employees of the assigned population on National Labor Contract, Company Policies and administrative matters, and ensure that requests are handled in a consistent and timely manner.• Actively support the HR decisions by providing managers guidance on national laws/regulations and internal policies if needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.• Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and identifying development needs.• Help develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth• Develop and maintain an effective internal communication to ensure employees are informed about company updates, policies, and HR initiatives• Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structures that align with the company's strategic goals, and help identify organizational development needs and collaborate on solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends, as well as preparing HR metrics and KPI reports for reporting to HR function and Senior Management.
Requirements:• 3-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to the head office or corporate HR functions in a modernly structured international environment• Strong knowledge and understanding of the main HR principles and practices;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;• Strong organizational and time-management skills;• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with Power Point and Excel.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English are mandatory.
The knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a great plus.
