Stiamo cercando una figura commerciale - Agente indipendente L'agente implementerà efficacemente le attività in negozio per massimizzare l'acquisto dei prodotti da parte dei consumatori attraverso l'utilizzo efficace dei programmi di trade marketing e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di volume, distribuzione e disponibilità.
In base agli obiettivi del territorio, organizzerà il suo giro visite e percorso nel modo più efficace ed efficiente per raggiungere i risultati.
Dovrà comprendere le prestazioni dell'azienda nel suo territorio e analizzare i dati per supportare la conoscenza del territorio, fornendo informazioni commerciali a supporto della sua proposta di vendita.
Principali aree di responsabilità Pianificazione dell'esecuzione: eseguire visite POS organizzare l'orario della visita con il cliente per ottenere il miglior impatto contribuire all'aumento della quota di mercato in linea con il piano aziendale annuale e mantenere la redditività sfruttare la conoscenza del territorio per identificare opportunità di business nel processo decisionale supportare lo sviluppo di un portafoglio più diversificato su diverse categorie valutare le dinamiche della nuova categoria HTS, considerando il diverso approccio in termini di trade cover e negoziazione monitorare l'attività della concorrenza e dei rivenditori nel territorio garantire e massimizzare la visibilità delle categorie integrate, in accordo con le linee guida eseguire i principi di merchandising in ogni punto vendita, massimizzando la visibilità delle SKU e la comunicazione del marchio al consumatore Negoziazione e processo di vendita: negoziare investimenti e programmi secondo il budget assegnato supportare e gestire attivamente il lancio di nuove Categorie Prodotto e SKU secondo il piano concordato commercializzare le scorte e formare il personale del negozio circa l'importanza della disponibilità e, se necessario, effettuare ordini di ricarica Requisiti Minimi: 1-2 anni in un ruolo simile in aziende multinazionali Forti capacità interpersonali e comunicative Potenziale di leadership per assumere ruoli più importanti Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Fluente in inglese, italiano come lingua principale Mobilità nazionale e internazionale Lavoratori Autonomi (Agenti) con contratto di esclusiva con JTI (Mandato come Agente di Commercio monomandatario a tempo indeterminato, regolato dal Contratto Nazionale Agenti e Rappresentanti di Commercio) Varietà di progetti stimolanti per sviluppare le competenze Duro lavoro ma in un ambiente di lavoro flessibile e divertente
