The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the specific or similar role and is familiar with the Automotive/OEM industry.
The candidate would have the responsibilityof Company's Business Development.
In particular, in collaboration with the Sales Department in Germany, he/she will have in charge to:
Maintain strong relationships and develop activities with the Italian customers;Create business strategies to expand the Company's presence in the Automotive/OEM and handling systems markets;Develop Company's market in Italy (and potentially abroad) by identifying new customers, opening partnerships, creating an agent network);Develop Company's proposal to new products and supported services;Oversee Budget and Sales Operations to achieve profit goals;Conduct regular reviews with Clients to overcome obstacles and ensure optimal results;Manage daily relations with the Sales and Technical Head Department in Germany;Contribute to the start-up of the technical office in Italy.
