As Sales Area Manager, you will join our ambitious and dedicated sales team and you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer portfolio and achieving the goals set within your area.
**Your main activities**:
- Consistently deliver against set goals and targets defined by the Management
- Lead and coach a team of sales representative towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest action plans to maintain market share
- Propose sales strategies and changes to the sales structure, according to the evolution of the market with particular attention to the network of distributors and installers
- Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships with key customers
- Visit regularly strategic Retailers, within its area of responsibility, and support their development at a commercial level and complementary services.
**Qualification**
It is natural for you to develop as well as maintain relationships and you have strong communication and collaboration skills to communicate across different levels. You have a positive attitude, you are proactive and self-motivated. Besides that, you have a goal-oriented approach, so you are driven by achieving results.
In addition, we expect that you have:
- Technical / economic diploma or degree
- At least 2 years' experience in the same role
- Determination, ability to work towards objectives and a strong propensity for self-organization
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and develop employees.
- IT skills : Office-Excel and CRM package
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to travel across region, at least 50% of the working time
