Chiesi Corporate Functions These are the functions supporting the business at a Corporate Level:Global HRGlobal Finance, Procurement ITGroup Legal Corporate AffairsGlobal Communication External RelationsTransformationGlobal Strategy, SVS and Business Development Who we are looking for PurposeIn this role you will be part of a global team that plays an important role to provide the Chiesi Governance Bodies and senior management with reliable data, analyses and reports to support a correct decision making process and progress ahead for the company.
We work every day with many different stakeholders within RD and across the company, mixing our different backgrounds to elaborate long term projections of RD timelines, costs and resources demand.Main Activities- Support monthly reports elaboration for portfolio milestones tracking and clinical trials timelines - Support RD KPIs data collection, elaboration and final presentation preparation- Support internal and external benchmark activities- Support the elaboration of RD timelines, costs and FTEs long term projections- Support maintenance activities of the RD Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system (Planisware) Education Degree in Economics or Business Economics or Management Engineering  Languages Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience abroad is a plus.
