Then you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer serviceSend out email and written correspondenceComplete internal job file quality reviewsMeet crucial deadlinesPerform detailed and accurate data entryPrepare estimates and billing invoicesCoordinate crew and job schedulingAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPossess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAble to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.Pay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.
