Il ruolo del Customer Success Manager è basato sul desk ed è responsabile della gestione dei clienti consolidati di categoria R, M e K. Costruisce e mantiene una forte relazione durante tutta la fase di vendita e post-vendita.
Requisiti essenziali : Una comprovata esperienza in un ruolo di servizio al cliente.
Ha un efficace approccio telefonico, sicuro e professionale, con comprovata esperienza nella costruzione di solide relazioni commerciali.
Abilità comunicative (scritte e orali) altamente sviluppate con la capacità di favorire le relazioni a distanza.
Abile nell'adattare le tecniche di interrogazione per raggiungere una conclusione positiva.
Capacità di ascolto attivo.
Buona consapevolezza commerciale.
Conoscenza di lavoro al di fuori dei sistemi CRM.
Conoscenza informatica.
Un self-starter con forti capacità di gestione del tempo e organizzative.
Un risolutore di problemi naturale, orientato ai processi e disciplinato.
Forti capacità di definizione delle priorità.
Desiderabile: Esperienza pregressa nel settore.
Esperienza di lavoro come parte del team di vendita.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Conoscenza di sistemi CRM.
