Sales and Market Support specialist- The purpose of this role is to deliver proactive and operational excellent sales & market support by executing the agreed Marketing & Sales Activity/ Communication & Media plans as well as participating in cross-functional basic processes and implementing projects to support the realization of market/regional sales and profitability targets. The role acts as "face of Marketing" internal and external of the market.
Key Accountabilities Executes the individual activities of the Sales & Marketing/Media plan like product launches, customer events, promotions, marketing collateral/sales support tools, digital tools, events, trade shows, communication etc. on time within the agreed budget frame and quality level
Leads or participates in market or strategic projects (e. g. private label, strategic KAM, CSAT etc.)
Supports key distributors directly with Sales Tools, promotions and any other requests.
Proofreads and provides translation support for centrally created products leaflets, brochures, posters, websites, etc.
Executes local tailor-made marketing programs for selected strategic customers in the country
Key Activities Facilitates marketing communication process by maintaining local press contacts and by supporting local communication plans (websites, internal communication, etc.). 
Delivers input to internal bulletins / magazines and publishes inter-company news of sales/marketing nature.
Manages the local Social Media Channels
Contributes with input to the Product Master data Management to create new items in SAP
Gets familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regards to personal conduct/HS&E standard and acts in compliance with all their regulations
Key Activities Facilitates the implementation of CRM tools in the country and actively turns CRM into the key source for market analysis.
Facilitates the implementation and drives the use of  Showpad  as the key marketing and sales tool.
Actively supports product complexity reduction initiatives . Implements price changes of products available in the allocated countries. 

Requirements Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment. At least 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment Ideally experience in more than 1 area of marketing and/or sales and with Digital Marketing Some work experience in a tech/tech service role is an advantage Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment. Education Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business  Analytical mind with good financial acumen Skills Very good English skills and Excellent Knowledge Italian language Very good MS Office skills Skills - Self-starter with the ability to operate independently & proactively, giving consistent and stable performance; excellent interpersonal & presentation skills, able to enthuse and influence; able to establish credibility quickly  in order to  foster effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
