Per rafforzare il nostro Team di Supporto alle vendite di Trento e di Bolzano siamo alla ricerca di un/a collaboratore/trice junior interessato/a a lavorare nel mondo dell'Inside Sales in ambito IT.
La figura dovrà supportare attivamente i Sales Account Manager in un ruolo di back office e curare i rapporti sia con i clienti già esistenti, sia con quelli nuovi.
Mansioni: Imparando a conoscere i nostri settori di attività nell'ambito delle soluzioni enterprise, creerai le basi per supportare a livello organizzativo e di vendita il team già esistente; Ti occuperai attivamente della gestione di offerte e ordini; Ti occuperai di assistenza clienti ed elaborazione delle relative richieste di carattere commerciale.
Requisiti: Sei appassionato del mondo IT e hai competenze tecniche in questo settore; Sei propenso al lavoro autonomo e ben organizzato; Ti piace lavorare in contatto con il cliente e presenti buone capacità comunicative; La formazione in ambito tecnico o commerciale verrà considerata come un plus.
