Customer Success Consumer Consultant (CPS)Full-timeOurConsultants are vital to NielsenIQ's success. We works with clients to provide insights and advanced solutions to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps our clients set growth strategies and determines what products you ultimately see on the shelf. Our team members are experts across various categories and are viewed as trusted partners by our clients. Consultants within the Customer Success Team are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned clients to lead the adoption and application of NIQ solutions to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.
We are confident and capable crafters of compelling insights anddeliver clear and actionable recommendations to our clients, helping them grow their business.
A successful candidate for this role will be someone who can establish strong relationships with both our clients and our colleagues. You will quickly become a trusted partner, working with many of our clients' teams, including marketing, sales, category, and many more. You will be expected to understand our clients' needs and then create and present solutions that help those clients achieve their strategic and tactical goals.
Our team has a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets. Some of us have backgrounds in data, some in marketing, and others in sales. We are looking for someone who is keen to bring their excellent story-telling skills to a modern, data environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for establishing strong client relationships to drive CPS client engagement and retention, interacting with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going valueEnsures pro-active Consumer Panel Data insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the team by being an expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clientsAutonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced client needs; leads client meetings and presentations over the phone and in personCollaborates with other NielsenIQ local and global teams to provide holistic support to clientsActs in line with the Service level of the client assigned. Drives cost effectiveness each time there is the chanceIdentifies and pursues Conusmer Panel Data sales opportunities at client meetings/during analysisDemonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment. Partners with CS Analytics&Insights, CPS and Sales teamsREQUIREMENTS Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essentialExceptional storytelling ability, adept at crafting engaging and persuasive narratives, with the skill to transform complex concepts into compelling and memorable storiesDemonstrated thought leadership, consistently showcasing the ability to shape and influence industry discourse through innovative ideas, insightful perspectives, and strategic visionProven client-facing and communication/presentation skills – deliver research results to senior stakeholders on the client's side in a clear, consistent mannerKnowledge of the client's business environment and financial acumenExcellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer dataAbility to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environmentStrong Interpersonal and influencing skillsOrganizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules.Excellent project management skill3+ years experience in FMCG and client dynamicsFull proficiency in PowerPoint & ExcelItalian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spokenEnglish: fully proficient, both written and spokenWHAT WE CAN OFFER Focusing on consumer-packaged goods manufacturers and retailers, we combine unparalleled datasets, pioneering technology, and the industry's top talent to create insights that unlock innovation and redefine what's possible.
