Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au directeur général du groupe, vous dirigez et coordonnez la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des Programmes/Projets stratégiques du Groupe tout en assurant une gestion efficace et une communication synthétique de l'avancement opérationnel associé.

Vous intervenez de manière transverse avec les membres du COMEX, les Directeurs de départements et les équipes projets / DSI.

Responsabilités principales :

Définir et mettre en place les orientations stratégiques de projet, alignées sur les objectifs organisationnels de l'entreprise.
Être garant de la visibilité de la roadmap globale des projets transverse et de leur avancée.
Mettre en œuvre et partager des méthodologies de gestion de projet et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
Animer des instances de suivi et de pilotage opérationnel et stratégique (COPIL, COPROJ…)
Coordonner les équipes de projet, en s'assurant de la communication fluide entre les parties prenantes (métier, équipes de développement).
Être garant de l'application des méthodes et règles liées à la gestion de la documentation, des rapports de suivi des projets auprès des équipes pour assurer la transparence et la responsabilité.
Identifier les risques et étudier avec les équipes des plans pour supprimer ou atténuer ces risques.
S'assurer de la priorisation des projets stratégiques sur la base de leur impact/faisabilité avec les directeurs impliqués au travers de l'animation du comité de priorisation

Relations professionnelles :

Collaboration étroite avec les équipes de direction, les équipes Transformation/Projet, la DSI, les différents métiers, les intervenants externes (consultants, prestataires) et les autres membres de l'équipe PMO.

Conditions de travail :

Environnement dynamique avec des déplacements potentiels.

Horaires flexibles en fonction des besoins du projet.

Qualifications

Bac+4/+5 issu d'une formation basée sur la culture Web (Nouvelles Technologies, E-commerce) ou d'une formation d'ingénieur (Informatique, Nouvelles Technologies).

Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste de gestion de projet ou PMO.

Secteur privilégié : e-commerce.

Leadership affirmé, orientation stratégique, capacité à résoudre les problèmes, et forte orientation vers les résultats.

Compétences requises :

Prise de de recul et vision long terme.
Gestion et coordination de projets.
Curiosité importante vous permettant de connaitre et comprendre les enjeux et impacts opérationnels des différents métiers / parties prenantes avec lesquelles vous travaillez.
Solides compétences analytiques pour évaluer la performance des projets.
Excellente communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de gestion de projet (ex. PMBOK, SCRUM, SAFe, Cycle V…).
Maîtrise des outils de pilotage et gestion de projet et de suivi (JIRA, Confluence, charters…).
