Consultant Adecco, for a global leader in the consumer and SMB networking space, is looking to recruit a Channel Account Manager (CAM) to help achieve the company's growth objectives in the B2B space.
The person must have a solid background in business development and excellent relationships with partners who provide Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, as well as appreciated experience in the world of networking, partner account management and field sales. The new resource will work within the company team and will have a good knowledge of VAR and the distribution channel.
Key job role and responsibilities:Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned all level partner accountsBuild a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partnersResponsible of a Named accounts list that will have to be developed to achieve company objectivesCoordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical support & service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner's expectationsMeet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goalsProactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g. training certification) in conjunction with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc)Drives sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory to enhance the partner's experience.Proactively recruits new qualifying partnersJob Experience Required4+ years Partners Sales and/or Territory management in Unified Communication sectorsA recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communication market is to be considered an added valueExperience building business and marketing plans with partners; with the Distribution channel model; in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close.The company offers a great work environment, a competitive salary, and company bonuses.
