Chi cerchiamo Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come Organization Development & Process Designer all'interno della Struttura di Organizzazione Corporate. La struttura ha lo scopo di assicurare la pianificazione, definizione e formalizzazione di idonei modelli organizzativi, di processi e meccanismi di funzionamento / coordinamento atti a garantire un'efficace ed efficiente organizzazione del lavoro, garantendo il rispetto delle regole di Governance Organizzativa definite a livello di Gruppo per la società A2A Services & Real Estate e le strutture Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo, Procurement e Strategy.
A2A In A2A l'organizzazione principale dei servizi di Corporate comprende le attività di guida, indirizzo strategico, coordinamento e controllo della gestione industriale, nonché i servizi a supporto del business e delle attività operative.
Ti occuperai di Progetti di ridisegno dei modelli organizzativi e dei processi, attraverso l'analisi dell'assetto esistente, l'identificazione di proposte di miglioramento, la condivisione e la formalizzazione delle modifiche;Elaborazione di analisi di right sizing di strutture e processi;Governo del modello dei processi aziendali, supportando i process owner nella verifica dei documenti normativi, nella stesura e nella digitalizzazione degli stessi;Partecipare a tavoli di lavoro, iniziative o community trasversali al Gruppo, orientate al miglioramento continuo e all'innovazione dei processi aziendali.Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Laurea in economia, ingegneria e / o master in gestione delle risorse umane, organizzazione;Preferibile esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo in ambito organizzativo e / o miglioramento continuo in Società modernamente strutturate o in società di consulenza;Gradita la conoscenza di metodologie di analisi e miglioramento dei processi quali Lean, 6 Sigma, Agile, ed eventuale certificazione;Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);Gradita ma non indispensabile la conoscenza del software Aris per la mappatura dei processi;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Completano il profilo: forti capacità di lavorare in ambienti complessi e in team inter-funzionali; capacità di analisi, pianificazione e attitudine al problem solving; proattività e orientamento al risultato; ascolto del cliente, negoziazione, comunicazione efficace; attenzione ad aspetti di diversity e inclusion in contesti lavorativi.Che cosa offriamo?
