In particolare si occupa di:Gestione delle fatture e dei contratti:Approvazione delle fatture relative alle utenze;Raccolta dei documenti necessari e coordinamento con avvocati e notai per le firme dei contratti.Monitoraggio e aggiornamento dei progetti di espansione:Caricamento e monitoraggio dei contratti di espansione nel software di gestione;Raccolta della documentazione richiesta per i progetti di investimento.Supporto organizzativo e amministrativo:Organizzazione di riunioni e prenotazione di sale conferenze, attrezzature, eventuali catering;Preparazione di materiali e verbali delle riunioni.PEPCO FA PER TE SESei abituat* a ritmi simili a quelli del retail, che richiedono grande dinamismo e reattività;Ti piace andare oltre le aspettative, guardando con curiosità e approccio analitico anche le attività più "banali": possono sempre essere migliorateSei predispost* a lavorare in team, condividendo informazioni e conoscenze e organizzando il lavoro in ottica collaborativa;Applichi la tua precisione e il tuo senso dell'organizzazione in tutte le attività;TU FAI PER PEPCO SEHai esperienza di almeno due anni come impiegat* in ambito commerciale, executive, office administration;Hai un diploma/laurea in discipline economiche/commerciali;Sai utilizzare in maniera autonoma e proficua Excel e gli altri tool del pacchetto MS Office;Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (indispensabile).SE SEI ANCORA INDECIS*, ECCO QUATTRO OTTIMI MOTIVI PER COMPLETARE LA TUA CANDIDATURAOffriamo un percorso di development e formazione strutturato e continuativo;Potrai lavorare in maniera ibrida (smart working per il 60% del tempo dopo un primo periodo di formazione in sede);Avrai uno sconto riservato esclusivamente ai dipendenti da utilizzare nei nostri store;Avrai accesso a un programma di supporto anonimo e gratuito per te e i tuoi familiari per questioni legali, fiscali e psicologiche;Farai parte di una realtà Europea, giovane e in continua evoluzione
