DescriptionStakeholders:Internal: Affiliate Brand Team/InField Team, Commercial departments/Marketers, Cross-functional project team members, Global/Affiliate CEx and BTS teamExternal: Consultants, VendorsMain responsibilities:• Affiliate and Brand Teams Content Strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy specifically tailored to affiliate Brand Team needs. This involves identifying Global Content and Messages that resonate with customers and drive engagements.• Content Creation and Optimization: Overseeing the creation and optimization of digital content. This may include supporting Marketing in writing Creative agency/Digital Content Factory (DCF) briefings, collecting and implementing feedback from IFT and A/B testing. • Lead the adoption of innovative solutions (eg Artificial Intelligence) combined with human creativity for generation of content that will guarantee an Advanced Customer Experience, efficiencies and cost saving. Unlock modular content potential and develop Marketers mindset in this direction. • Affiliate Relationship Management and Collaboration: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders – Affiliate and Global Brand Teams, InField Teams, Medical IFT, MLOR, Creative Agencies, DCF and Brand Liaisons.• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of affiliate content to measure its effectiveness in driving conversions and engagements. A/B testing SME. • Compliance and Quality Control: Support Marketers in adhering content to regulatory requirements and local and global regulatory guidelines. This includes conducting audits to ensure quality and compliance and providing feedback to Brand Teams to maintain high quality standards.• Training and Support: Providing training and support to affiliate brand teams to help them optimize their content and improve their performance. This may include creating training materials, and offering guidance on content best practices to help brand teams drive better results.• Competitive Analysis: Conducting regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the affiliate marketing space. This information can be used to refine content strategies and stay ahead of the competition.• Reporting and Communication: Generating regular reports on affiliate content performance and communicating insights and recommendations to AMT. This includes providing updates to management on the effectiveness of affiliate content campaigns and sharing success stories or best practices with the wider team.• Define the requirements, scope, timelines and implementation plans for Brand Teams/Marketing to develop "Content Excellence" capability, and support OmniChannel & ACE models execution. • Lead the planning, development, testing and implementation of appealing Content, to feed all Channels (F2F and Digital) using available processes and tools (eg Content Authoring Tool, Digital Content Factory) while exploring also innovative applications (eg. Artificial Intelligence applications for content development, testing and approval), in close collaboration with Marketing, MLOR functions and CEx-BTS SMEs. • Ensure the integration of Content processes with Data & Analytics solutions, to maximize the impact of execution by BTs & IFTs. • Focus primarily on Commercial/Marketing to accelerate Content Excellence capabilities. Medical will be on scope at a later time point (with the launch of Medical ACE), once momentum is created for Commercial. • Support and prepare corporate analysis and presentation for Affiliate/Area/Global Senior ManagementQualificationsRequirements:· Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, science, economics, technology and related fields preferred· 4+ years relevant experience in consultancy, creative agencies, multinational companies outside Pharma, bio-pharma/bio-technology with a proven track record of omnichannel content management · Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them in content solutions to support an Advanced Customer Experience· Team player, collaborating with open mind and transparency to achieve the common goals· Excellent oral and written English skills· Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leadersJob Field: MarketingJob Type: ExperiencedOrganization: CommercialSchedule: Full-timeTravel: No
