**Who we are**
Impssbl is a storytech company creating the stories of the next one hundred years through AI and blockchain.
We are a hybrid between a software house and a production company, born with the mission of supercharging creativity.
We have two main divisions: _Storytools_ and _Original Stories_.
In our _Storytools_ division we build platforms whose goal is to improve the way in which traditional stories are made, targeting writers and scriptwriters globally.
From an AI-driven platform to scout the next best-seller, to an AI-powered and blockchain-enhanced editor that gives you the superpowers of a research team when writing your novel.
_Original Stories_ is our production branch, that serves to create our own, studio-led stories, as well as to purchase other stories in the open market and accelerate them digitally, while at the same time expanding them (i.e.
a novel being developed into a series or videogame).
We believe that technology has yet a lot to prove in the field of creating, distributing and monetizing stories.
We didn't want to write a story.
We wanted to change the way in which every story is written.
**Job description**
The Finance Admin Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administrative needs of the company and will be responsible for managing all financial records, including bank statements, invoices, and general financial reports.
The specialist will also be responsible for assisting with monthly bookkeeping, filing of tax documents and others organizational tasks, including team organization, payslips, meetings, calls, VCs and external events' organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial information for external and internal reporting purposes.
- Provide ad hoc data-driven reports on a variety of topics as needed.
- Assist with quarterly close process.
- Assist in preparation for year-end close process.
- Assist with due diligence, legal and fiscal compliance.
- Manage the relationships with the IT and US law firms and tax consultants.
- Perform research on complex accounting issues as needed.
- Perform reconciliations as assigned by management.
- Prepare month-end accruals/deferrals to accounts payable and accrued.
- Manage all financial records, including bank statements, invoices, and general financial reports.
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping and filing of tax documents.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and budget forecasts.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and data entry as needed.
- Prepare profit & loss, burn rate and cash flow analysis as needed.
- Manage the corporate bank accounts, wallets, credit and debit cards' flow.
- Manage the team's expenses' reconciliation.
- Manage the F24 and taxes' compliance.
- Manage the W8BEN-E forms.
- Manage the tokenomics and cap-table of the company.
- Manage the relationships with existing and prospect investors.
**About you; You are**
- You got a Bachelor or a Master Degree in finance, business, economics, or related quantitative fields.
- You developed 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You are an advanced Excel user.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are fluent/mother tongue Italian.
- You have excellent analytical thinking and a passion for metrics and figures.
- You have knowledge of financial analysis models: burn rate, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow.
- You have knowledge of organizational software & tools: Notion, Slack, Motion, Google Calendar.
- You have knowledge of CRM, data analytics software and team working tools: Hubspot, Data Studio, TeamSystem, ATS tools, etc.
- You have experience managing companies' bank accounts: online invoicing, F24, payslips.
- You have experience with crypto wallets and blockchain technology.
