Esporta in 17 paesi e i suoi prodotti sono distribuiti attraverso farmacie, parafarmacie ed erboristerie.

Offriamo un'opportunità di inserimento per un/a Pharmacy Sales Representative, per la zona di Bari.
SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONEGestire e sviluppare il parco clienti retail del canale distributivo di riferimento nella zona di competenza assegnata (clienti diretti e punti vendita facenti parte di gruppi e catene) per garantire lo sviluppo e la continuità delle vendite.
RESPONSABILITA' CHIAVE•Promuovere e controllare le vendite per la zona assegnata, sia sul fronte del sell-in che del sell-out, tramite la conoscenza delle argomentazioni gestionali e tecnico-commerciali dell'Azienda e dei Prodotti, della gestione dei materiali pop sul punto vendita, delle politiche commerciali e promozionali dei clienti ivi inclusi i relativi e-commerce shop e tramite la conoscenza della concorrenza a livello tecnico, commerciale, marketing •Programmare, pianificare e preparare la singola visita utilizzando i dati di vendita messi a disposizione dall'Azienda e dai Clienti, rendicontando puntualmente il proprio operato secondo le indicazioni aziendali.
•Visitare i clienti attivi e/o quelli prospect con regolarità, garantendo in media una visita mensile per cliente.
•Mantenere e curare i rapporti con i clienti già attivi, con l'obiettivo di incrementare la partnership e la fidelizzazione nel tempo e sviluppare il mercato per l'area di competenza, identificando nuovi potenziali clienti.
•Raggiungere gli obiettivi economici (fatturato e margini) e finanziari (dilazione - percentuale di insoluti) condivisi con l'Area Manager, nel rispetto della politica commerciale dell'azienda.
•Collaborare e coordinarsi con le altre figure aziendali che operano sul territorio ( Key Account, Tutor della Formazione, Informatori Tecnico Scientifici) e con i collaboratori di sede.
•Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di area e nazionali e agli eventi organizzati dall'azienda sul territorio (Seminari, Convention).
Requisiti: Titolo di studio: preferibile laurea in Farmacia, CTF, Biologia Esperienza nel ruolo Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office SAP (nice to have) Domicilio provincia Bari
