**MicroWave Radio Business Development leader Europe**:
Reports to: Business Development Director MN RBC EUR

Location: any appropriate major Nokia site in Europe, with Milano (Italy) optimal

**Main Responsibility Areas**:
At MN Europe Regional Business Center, Business Development Director is responsible, amongst other business areas, for MW&CSN business from presales to final delivery. To this end, a MW&CSN Business Management organization operates under the Business Development Unit in close cooperation with MN MW&CSN Business Line.

Now we are looking for a Business Development Leader that, reporting to the Business Development Director, in close cooperation with the MW&CSN Business Manager will take the responsibility for driving MicroWave Networks business creation across the full European territory (excl. Russia and Belarus, but including all other former USSR Republics), managing the assigned Customer Experience Europe (CX EUR) salesforce and customer teams to achieve the order intake, revenue, sales margn and market share targets defined for this Business Line in Europe.

In this role, you will build relationships with European Operators, both CSPs and Wide Area Networks operators, in strong cooperation with respective the CX Market Unit Heads, jointly implementing sales growth and case winning strategies, business development priorities and targets for Customer Business Teams and Customer Team (CBT/CT) Heads and Account Managers.

You will drive business growth by influencing customer’s strategic thinking towards Nokia’s offering with the technical support of the Business Line experts. You will develop and prioritize short
- and long-term opportunities, providing MW networks solutions, exploiting market and technology trends to strongly position and sell Nokia’s MW portfolio.

Main Responsibilities in summary:

- Business creation: Orders and Revenue, in cooperation with CX EUR
- Accountable for Sales funnel development and quality, in cooperation with MN EUR RBC Sales Operations
- Support to MW Business Manager in order forecasting, offer creation, scoping, solutioning, pricing, T&Cs, negotiation and demand planning

- Execute on long-term winning strategy as the industry evolves
- Capitalize on geopolitical opportunity to secure scale
- Grow MW market share and ensure maximized attachment to RAN business
- Increase share in WAN Enterprise segment

Quantitative deliverables / KPIs:

- Order Intake, Revenue and Sales Margin
- Market share (as per Del’Oro)
- Must Win Cases

Operational leading deliverables / KPIs:

- Sales Funnel and L2D approved sales
- L2D Sales Margin adherence
- Customer Perceived Value Index
- Order Intake forecast
- Demand planning

**Position Requirements**:

- Senior Sales Leader with proven experience and knowledge of the European communications market, technology, products and software
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills at CxO level
- Ability to manage complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity, high situational adaptability
- Ability to crate trust, open collaboration and continuous improvement across different organizations
- Personal ethics and behavior up to the highest standard
- Proficient in English. Other European languages valued
