Da **Luxe Talent**, Agenzia di Consulenza Internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in profili Executive & Middle Management nei settori Moda, Lusso, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality e FMCG, stiamo cercando la figura di **Business Development Manager** per gestire il portfolio clienti europeo, di wholesalers e spedizioni, per uno dei nostri clienti, un marchio internazionale di abbigliamento femminile di alta gamma, con sede a Milano.

Nella nostra agenzia di reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa, dove abbiamo uffici in località strategiche come Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano, Amsterdam, Lisbona e Munich.

Questa posizione è responsabile della guida e della crescita del business attraverso la conduzione del ciclo di vendita e il mantenimento delle relazioni con i clienti.

**Responsabilità del Business Development Manager**:

- Fornire il primo punto di contatto per tutte le richieste di vendita e le opportunità di sviluppo commerciale in tutta Europa
- Condurre ricerche sui nuovi mercati, sulle esigenze dei clienti e sulle tendenze globali
- Sviluppare strategie e piani di vendita per far crescere l'azienda
- Identificare e generare nuove opportunità di business ed esplorare flussi di reddito validi
- Gestire e mantenere i rapporti con i clienti esistenti e creare un database di clienti nuovi o potenziali
- Preparare i contratti di vendita assicurando il rispetto di tutte le leggi e le normative pertinenti nelle aree di attività
- Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti, delle catene di fornitura e della proposta di valore dell'azienda
- Stabilire e mantenere relazioni eccezionali con i clienti, i responsabili dei reparti interni e i fornitori esterni
- Rappresentare l'azienda in occasione di eventi locali, virtuali o internazionali, come richiesto

**Requisiti del Business Development Manager**:

- conoscenza approfondita del processo del ciclo di vendita
- Comprovate doti relazionali con capacità di collaborare, influenzare e creare consenso in un ambiente ad alta pressione
- Capacità di costruire relazioni a distanza e di lavorare in base a fasce orarie globali
- Gestione del tempo e capacità organizzative ben sviluppate
- Esperienza nella creazione di presentazioni magistrali per influenzare i clienti
- Capacità di comprendere e navigare in ambienti complessi per gli stakeholders
- Eccezionali e articolate capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione, relazione e networking
