**Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben**:
Der HRBP arbeitet 360 Grad in allen HR Tätigkeiten mit, bringt innovative Ideen und setzt diese mit den Führungskräften, im HR Team oder alleine um. Einige Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeiterdatenadministration
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Mitarbeiter im direkten und indirekten Bereich
- Umsetzung von verschiedenen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Mitgestaltung aller Employer Branding Aktivitäten Mitwirken bei verschiedenen HR Projekten im Werk und in der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe
**Was bringen Sie mit?**
- Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Oberschule oder abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Gewünscht Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Italienisch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
- Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit Hoher Servicegedanke und ein Gespür für Menschen
