In qualità di Junior Customer Success, svolgerai un ruolo fondamentale nel promuovere solide relazioni tra Prestatech e i clienti.
Il team di Customer Success è dedicato a garantire che i nostri partners traggano il massimo valore dai nostri prodotti e servizi. Il tuo contributo sarà essenziale per assicurare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei clienti, supportandoli nel loro percorso e facilitando la loro crescita insieme a noi.
**Responsabilità Principali**:
**Onboarding dei Clienti**:
Assistere i nuovi clienti nella configurazione e nell'utilizzo dei nostri prodotti o servizi.
Garantire che i clienti comprendano pienamente le funzionalità e i benefici offerti.
**Assistenza Clienti**:
Rispondere prontamente alle domande dei clienti e risolvere eventuali bug o richieste di modifica (CR).
Collaborare per risolvere problematiche complesse con i membri del team più esperti
**Gestione delle Relazioni**:
Effettuare verifiche regolari per assicurarsi che i clienti siano soddisfatti dei nostri servizi.
Costruire e mantenere rapporti di fiducia per favorire la fidelizzazione e la riconferma dei clienti.
**Gestione dei Dati**:
Aggiornare costantemente le informazioni dei clienti nel sistema gestionale.
Monitorare e documentare qualsiasi problema o feedback ricevuto dai clienti.
**Reporting e Analisi**:
Contribuire alla preparazione di report su customer satistaction e altre metriche chiave per gli stakeholder.
Condividere il feedback dei clienti per supportare il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti e dei servizi.
**Requirements**:
CHI STIAMO CERCANDO
Laurea triennale o specialistica in Economia, Marketing, Data Science o campi correlati.
Buona capacità di analisi, pianificazione e organizzazione
Orientamento al cliente e al Teamworking, ottime capacità relazioni e di comunicazione
Orientamento al risultato
Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiano (C1)
PLUS
1-2 anni di esperienza nel servizio clienti o nell'assistenza
Esperienza pregressa in aziende Fintech o software
