We are recruiting a

**Pharmaceutical Production Manager**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintains safe and healthy work environment monitoring compliance with legislative provisions.
- Monitors and manages the costs, the spending and the productivity ensuring the company standards.
- Ensures the strict implementation of the GMP.
- Manages the personnel, ensures the required training and defines their growth objectives.
- Keeps the department premises and equipments clean and in good order and ensures their functionality, safety, calibration, qualification and maintenance.
- Ensures the execution of the production plans.
- Ensures the drawing up and updating of operating methods and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably, Master Degree in scientific disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and GMP.
- 4-5 years of experience in the same role or in a similar position as team leader, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership skills, cooperation and problem solving.

**Our offer**:
We offer an open ended contract, with a salary between € 45.000 and € 50.000 grading A of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
