**Il Ruolo**

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Associate Director, Commercial Lead Oncology**, che assicurerà lo sviluppo e l’implementazione delle attività di marketing relative al portfolio dell’area terapeutica, inclusa la pianificazione e l’implementazione del lancio di nuove indicazioni e/o nuovi prodotti, attraverso la gestione di team multi-funzionali e l’allineamento con il Global brand team. L’Associate Director, Commercial Lead Oncology assicurerà il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e di performance per l’area terapeutica, coordinando e gestendo la sales force e realizzando iniziative di supporto all’informazione medico-scientifica e alla comunicazione sul territorio, nel rispetto degli obiettivi strategici aziendali e dei costi definiti.

**Responsabilità**:

- Supportare il BUD nello sviluppo del piano strategico-operativo dell’area terapeutica di competenza, in termini di comunicazione scientifica, efficienza operativa ed implementazione di progetti nel rispetto del budget definito e del codice etico.
- Proporre e realizzare un’efficiente/efficace struttura organizzativa del team di informazione scientifica di pertinenza, curando, in collaborazione con Business Operations, il corretto dimensionamento del territorio, al fine di raggiungere i risultati prefissati.
- Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e di performance per i prodotti dell’area terapeutica di competenza, attraverso il coordinamento dei Sales Manager che gli riportano.
- Ripartire fra i Sales Manager, in collaborazione con il reparto SIBO, gli obiettivi di vendita in base a criteri di potenzialità di mercato/prodotto e alle strategie aziendali, e le risorse di supporto all’attività di informazione medico-scientifica, garantendone il controllo.
- Assicurare, tramite il team di Sales manager, il monitoraggio del mercato territoriale di riferimento, in termini di trend, azioni di competitive intelligence e di relazione con i “thought leaders” e le Società scientifiche.
- Guidare, pianificare e garantire una customer experience di successo
- Coordinare, tramite il team di Sales manager, le attività locali di Account management, garantendo l’allineamento strategico con il team cross-funzionale di Sede nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.
- Fornire una guida strategica ai local team per la gestione degli account e dei customer
- Esercitare un ruolo attivo nella definizione e realizzazione della strategia della Business Unit in supporto al Business Unit Director e all’interno del Country Brand team per l’identificazione delle tattiche e delle leve da proporre all’organizzazione territoriale.
- Identificare e comunicare in modo efficace la differenziazione core del brand, creando una convincente visione strategica e ingaggiando proattivamente i key stakeholders per la sua realizzazione
- Capire la strategia del core brand ed identificare, negli stadi iniziali, gli aspetti che necessitano di un adattamento locale. A tal fine, ove appropriato, interagisce con il WW Brand Team per allineare la strategia di lancio a livello locale
- Comprendere le dinamiche del mercato nell’area geográfica o terapeutica specifica di riferimento del brand di lancio, o del prodotto in altra fase del ciclo di vita

**Gestione collaboratori**
- Gestire il processo motivazionale di sviluppo e valutazione delle prestazioni dei propri riporti diretti, fornire feed-back periodici, coaching ed empowerment al fine di favorire la crescita professionale e di carriera dei propri riporti.
- Supportare e aiutare i propri collaboratori nell’identificare possibili piani di sviluppo delle persone gestite e garantirne l’implementazione.
- Pianificare e costruire un piano formativo e di sviluppo per le proprie risorse in funzione delle loro capacità e potenziale di crescita espresso al fine di trasmettere e condividere conoscenze e obiettivi di business.
- Coordinare/prioritizzare le attività delle proprie risorse al fine di mettere in condizione le persone di raggiungere gli obiettivi definiti.
- Agire e motivare le persone in linea con i valori BMS e la cultura aziendale.

**Requisiti Richiesti**:
