Le risorse scelte saranno responsabili delle attività di customer care, fornendo assistenza e supporto ai clienti in ambito trasporti (smart mobility, car sharing, bike sharing etc.) per garantire il massimo livello di servizio ai nostri clienti.
In riferimento alle attività di caring ti occuperai di:
- Gestire richieste di informazioni su abbonamenti e servizi offerti;
- Gestire richieste di informazioni su accessi in ZTL;
- Gestire informazioni relative ai ticket;
- Gestire informazioni sui servizi di sharing e sulla flotta;
- Fornire informazioni su pagamenti multe.
**Qualifiche e Capacità**
- Diploma di Scuola superiore o equivalente.
- Preferibile ma non obbligatoria la conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1 CEFR)
- Forte propensione al problem solving.
- Abilità di lavorare in team.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di Orientamento al cliente.
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
