**Your field of responsibility**

The trainee will be part of the Asset Management Division to carry out support activities to client service function within the Client Coverage Team related to the promotion of mutual funds/ ETFs toward the three business channels: Wholesale, Retail Distributors, and Institutional Clients

The trainee, supported by the Tutor responsible for the Client Service function will develop the key skills to carry out the tasks across the three business channels, i.e.:

- assistance to clients / Local Paying Agents/Local Depo Bank/Investment Platforms/Consultants/Data Vendor for admin-related items: assistance on dealing matters; proof reading and dispatching of investor’s notices related to corporate actions on funds; facilitate the liaison with Luxembourg Transfer Agents for account opening matters etc..
- maintenance of internal/client’s database (fund details);
- roll out of reporting stuff either internal (Flows/Stocks daily/monthly statistics; Trailer fees reporting..) or external (bespoke client’s reporting )

**Your skills and experience**

undergraduate attending Master’s degree preferably in economics of markets and financial intermediaries
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are collaborative and innovative and have a positive “can-do” attitude
- You are flexible and have multi-tasking approach
- You are ranked “Advanced” in English;Spanish and French (speaking and in writing);
