**Typical Duties and Responsibilities**
- Advise clients on marketing strategy, automation best practices, and technical advice to optimize their Pardot / MC usage
- Conduct training in and actively promote adoption of Pardot / MC
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design
- Build lead nurturing programs
- Support clients in their day-to-day marketing automation operations
- Track records for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate project outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders

**Education**
- Pardot / MC Specialist or Pardot / MC Consultant certification

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot / MC
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end-marketing campaigns
- Thorough knowledge of marketing technology and systems
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong time and project management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with a CRM such as Tableau
