We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our European Human Resources team. This role plays a strategic partnership role to our commercial sales teams based in Milan.

As a HR Business Partner, you will support the business leader and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategise and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, to engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, to aid in establishing an efficient organisational design, and to identify opportunities to improve the current processes and policies.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Consult with business leaders with the support of your manager to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR roadmap
- Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent development ; organisation effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relation issues and legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and assist the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning and headcount modelling
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring and timely feedback
- Measure and monitor trends as well as the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning
- Leverage the CoEs (Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs which foster employee engagement, D&I and success
- Proactively support the development of our HR processes and initiatives at local and regional level in order to strengthen the employee experience

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years as an HRBP in a high-growth company and a total of at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; either as a generalist, a business partner, or a CoE
- Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred
- Experience in working within the Italian complex regulatory environment
- An expert in building strong relationship by influencing and communicating effectively across all levels of an organisation
- A successful track record of designing and implementing people programs that drive business value
- Ability to demonstrate curiosity and an understanding of the business priorities and challenges
- Capable of making rational recommendations and decisions based on data
- You enjoy creating a diverse and fun work environment
