Business Development Specialist
- **Settore Material Handling**:
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno della funzione Business Development e, riportando al Business Development Manager, avrà la responsabilità di definire e attuare le strategie a livello globale per lo sviluppo ed il consolidamento nei mercati di riferimento.

**In particolare, si occuperà di**:

- Elaborare piani strategici di approccio e posizionamento dell’azienda nei diversi settori industriali
- Coordinare le attività di sviluppo interfacciandosi con tutte le funzioni aziendali a livello internazionale
- Generare nuove opportunità di business per l’azienda attraverso l’analisi e l’ approfondimento dei nuovi trend tecnologici
- Strutturare lo scopo di sviluppo per nuovi prodotti identificando i requisiti richiesti dai mercati di riferimento
- Supportare le funzioni sales dislocate nei diversi paesi, sviluppando la proposta di vendita e fornendo competenze specifiche del settore.
- Formare i team sales, engineering e marketing sulle dinamiche del mercato, le applicazioni ed il panorama competitivo.
- Ampliare il network di contatti partecipando a conferenze ed eventi fieristici a livello internazionale.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta. Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua quale tedesco / cinese / francese.
- Laurea in Ingegneria, triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente ad indirizzo meccanico /automazione / elettrotécnica;
- Almeno 3 / 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo internazionale, ambito Tecnico - Commerciale e /o Business Development preferibilmente del settore automazione industriale e / o aziende operanti in ambito intralogistico;
- Buona conoscenza e utilizzo del pacchetto Office;
- Disponibilità a trasferte a frequenza mensile, anche fuori dall’Europa;
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software gestionali (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365);
- Conoscenza ed interesse nell' utilizzo di strumenti di comunicazione digital;
- Spiccate capacità organizzative, orientamento agli obiettivi, proattività, autonomia, forte senso di responsabilità, doti di problem solving e di lavoro in team;
- Comprovata capacità di gestione di progetti medio complessi.
- Motivazione ad imparare e interesse ad eventuale percorso di crescita.
