**What you'll be doing...**
- You will be responsible for the efficient processing and payments of Accounts Payable, expense claims and bank & cash.
- Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time, in accordance with Company procedure.
- Updating our Workday Finance system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data to enable the timely closing of the company’s books at month end.
- Process invoices for authorisation, ensuring appropriate signatories are obtained in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up and chase invoices for authorisation.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Relevant accounting experience
- Working experience in an international environment and in a similar position
- Good experience with common accounting software (We use Workday)
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- IT Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Intermediate level
