Cosa farai:

- Verrai inserito/a all’interno del team di Dispatching di Sisal e riporterai al Dispatching Coordinator;
- Ti occuperai del dispaccio delle richieste di assistenza técnica e di delivery (IMAC) sul territorio nazionale con l’obiettivo di garantire gli SLA di servizio, gestione di progetti di roll out massivo, refresh tecnologico ed attività di controllo;
- Inoltre ti interfaccerai costantemente con i colleghi del team oltre che ai tecnici sul territorio ed i fornitori che collaborano con Sisal.

Chi sei:

- Hai una conoscenza buona di: pacchetto office;
- Gradita la conoscenza: CRM (Dynamics 365);
- Possiedi spirito d’iniziativa, spiccate doti nel sapere lavorare in squadra, proattività, orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving;
- Se conosci anche il mondo del gaming sarà considerato un plus.

Preferibilmente hai /sei in possesso di:

- E’ gradita un’esperienza pregressa di almeno 2/3 anni in un ruolo simile.
