**La posizione**:
Per supportare la nostra crescita, stiamo cercando un **Sales Development **da inserire nel dipartimento Sales, specificamente nel team Italia.
La tua missione sarà generare il massimo numero di meeting di qualità per il team HR Innovation, identificando, contattando e condividendo con loro i prospect allineati ai nostri obiettivi chiave.

**Responsabilità**:

- Qualificazione dei lead generati dalle nostre campagne di marketing (inbound);
- Condivisione delle informazioni con il team Innovation per garantire la conduzione efficace degli appuntamenti;
- Proposizione di nuove strategie di acquisizione in collaborazione con il team di Marketing e con il team Sales;
- Sviluppo e mantenimento di relazioni strategiche con nuovi partner.
- Hai minimo un anno di esperienza in ambito sales, preferibilmente maturata nella vendita di soluzioni SaaS, servizi HR e/o online recruiting;
- Parli e scrivi fluentemente in inglese (mandatory);
- Non hai paura di alzare il telefono e sei un esperto di Marketing Relazionale;
- Ti piacciono le sfide e hai ambizione ed orientamento al raggiungimento degli tuoi obiettivi;
- Sei davvero un team player;
- Sei curioso e impari velocemente;
- Ti piace vendere e vuoi imparare, sarai inserito in un team coeso, preparato, dinamico e collaborativo in un'azienda in forte crescita.

**Ti offriamo**:
Contratto a tempo determinato 1° anno e successivamente indeterminato con RAL base dai 25K ai 35K in base all'esperienza maturata nel pregresso e/o nel settore HR, premi legati agli obiettivi di vendita, formazione specifica, possibilità di lavorare in modalità ibrida (presenza/smart working), un ambiente di lavoro stimolante con colleghi eccezionali, uffici moderni, birra gratis dopo le ore 17.00 e tutte gli strumenti necessari per lavorare al meglio
