Per una realtà in forte espansione operante nel settore del real estate, siamo alla ricerca di un Office Assistant appartenente alla lista delle categorie protette.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Coordinare le attività dell’ufficio;
- Rapporto coi fornitori, attività di reportistica e affiancamento nei servizi generali;
- Curare la corrispondenza e le comunicazioni in ingresso ed in uscita;
- Predisporre presentazioni in ppt, se necessario in inglese, ed altri documenti necessari per eventuali riunioni;
- Registrare e trascrivere verbali di riunioni;
- Accogliere ed intrattenere rapporti professionali con i vari ospiti ed analizzare le esigenze per riferire successivamente al Manager;
- Redigere l’agenda degli appuntamenti del Manager, in caso di necessità.
