We are currently looking for a **Technical Administration Assistant** to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary **METKA EGN** in Milan. The Technical Administration Assistant will support the Project Director and the Project Management team on bureaucratic and administrative activities and will liaise with internal functions to facilitate the operational activities.
**Your role will encompass**:
- Support the Project Director to manage periodical internal reporting to the upper management and interact with Project Managers to ensure info are provided on time.
- Consolidation of different reporting.
- Archive documents inside company SharePoint
- Support Project Managers and Permitting Managers with filing of administrative forms and PEC communications.
- Support the Project Managers on document preparation for formats and consistency checks.
- Support the project management team for site personnel accommodation (apartment rent, utilities).
- Assistance to the project management team for various administrative activities in key tasks.
**What you bring to the role**:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate company.
- Italian speaker with good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Capability to work in a flexible and multi-cultural environment.
- Available to travel occasionally to perform the necessary duties
