HR Administration Assistant Role

New Guards Group is a leading luxury fashion company with a strong focus on innovation and creativity. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including managing employee data, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending out offer letters.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including coordinating new hire orientations, setting up employee profiles, and providing general support to new employees.
  • Develop and maintain employee communication, including creating and sending company-wide announcements, updates, and reminders.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
