Job Title: Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team at Everli, a leading marketplace for online grocery shopping. As Head of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing our human capital by attracting, developing, and retaining top talents.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, compensation & benefits, HR administration and payroll, labor law and compliance. You will partner with our Leadership Team to define the hiring strategy and manage its execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, compensation & benefits, HR administration and payroll, labor law and compliance;
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to define the hiring strategy and manage its execution;
  • Work with and coach people managers, providing guidance and support as needed, understand employee engagement, co-own survey rollouts and analysis, lead and manage action plans and key KPI's;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, supported by external legal consultancy services;
  • Draft HR policies, as well as provide guidance and interpretation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role;
  • Mastery of talent acquisition and management principles, as well as labor law topics, HR administration and payroll processes;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
