**Logical Job**, società specializzata in consulenza HR con un forte orientamento nella Valorizzazione del Capitale umano, ricerca per multinazionale leader nel settore Automotive, per la branch relativa al Cooling industriale, un:
**Continuos improvement specialist** a Pavia.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa supporterà il Continuous Improvement Manager nell'Introduzione e miglioramento degli strumenti/infrastrutture/servizi nel GEMBA per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sicurezza, qualità ed efficienza, nella definizione delle tempistiche di realizzazione di nuovi prodotti fornendo consulenza ai tecnici per l'ottimizzazione dei processi, nell’aggiornamento delle tempistiche dei prodotti già definiti in base ai miglioramenti dei processi raggiunti, nell’applicazione dei principi Lean Manufacturing nei siti produttivi e nell’analisi del flusso dei materiali attraverso la mappatura dei processi.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Supportare gli operatori di linea per la risoluzione di problematiche relative all'organizzazione della produzione;
- Gestire, in accordo con il Manufacturing Manager, progetti di miglioramento sul GEMBA e attività 5S;
- Supportare il Manufacturing Manager nello sviluppo dei progetti di industrializzazione;
- Implementare all'interno dei siti produttivi i principi Lean Manufacturing;
- Rilevare i tempi di produzione e stilare i tempi ciclo dei prodotti della BU;
- Analizzare i cicli produttivi per il miglioramento continuo del processo di produzione.

La risorsa perseguirà i seguenti obiettivi:

- Efficienza diretta sulle linee di produzione;
- Rispetto del Delivery Time;
- Sviluppare progetti coerenti con gli standard di sicurezza e qualità dell'azienda.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea triennale in Ingegneria gestionale o indirizzo tecnico affine;
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo, con applicazioni del principio Lean;
- Passione dimostrata per il miglioramento continuo;

Completano il profilo: organizzazione, problem solving, logica/ragionamento, rapporti interpersonali, comunicazione, accuratezza e dettaglio
