Product Strategist Lead

Per leader mondiale nel Retail, con oltre 16.000 negozi in 27 mercati e un fatturato in costante crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un PRODUCT STRATEGIST LEAD.
In qualità di Product Strategist Lead, la persona gestirà un piccolo team di Product Strategist e supporterà l' Head of Digital Products nella definizione della roadmap di prodotto e nella creazione di nuovi prodotti per tutti i marchi europei del Gruppo.
È fondamentale, per il ruolo, essere in grado di comunicare efficacemente con i brand al fine di raccogliere i vari input e strutturarli in modo tale da definire le priorità rispetto allo sviluppo del prodotto.
La figura sarà chiamata a:
- Identificare le opportunità di business e le esigenze dei clienti;
- Misurare le performance e rilevare opportunità/leak dei nostri canali digitali per proporre nuove soluzioni o idee;
- Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni per definire la strategia di prodotto e valutare nuove componenti aggiuntive per garantire che gli obiettivi di fatturato e soddisfazione del cliente;
- Supportare il responsabile dei prodotti digitali nella definizione della roadmap, lavorando a stretto contatto con parte dei brand europei comprendendone obiettivi ed esigenze;
- Pianificare la messa a terra delle attività lungo tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto, partendo dalla raccolta dei requisiti aziendali fino all’identificazione delle caratteristiche del prodotto, quindi assegnare priorità al backlog dei prodotti;
- Definire e monitorare i KPI aziendali per misurare le performance per le aree di prodotto, con una prospettiva di ROI;
- Redigere dei business case, garantendo l'affidabilità dei dati;
- Aggiornare la roadmap e la strategia in linea con le tendenze del mercato e le esigenze dei brand.
Per la posizione si richiede: laurea Magistrale in Economia, Marketing o lauree equivalenti.
È necessaria una comprovata esperienza nelle roadmap di prodotto, nell'eCommerce e nell’attività di digital marketing con una seniority di 4-6 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili all'interno di organizzazioni complesse. L'esperienza nella consulenza strategica è un plus.
Completano il profilo eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e gestione degli stakeholder.
