We are looking for an experienced Sales Account for a new role within the company.
- Develop and implement sales activities including the setting of sales plans and objectives to achieve the IOT sales targets
- Translate the IOT marketing plan and channel strategy into Go-To-Market delivery plan & follow the implementation
- Become trusted advisor to clients through diligent, consistent engagement.
- Follow the latest market trends, collaborate with partners in discovering new clients and markets.
- Work closely with the Technical Team in developing technology solutions that will help Clients accelerate their growth while reducing their business risks.
- Travel, meet people, discover, develop skills. Participate in conferences, exhibitions and associated industry events
- Support activities like concept development, compiling tender responses and offers, quoting, building customer engagement plans and maintaining forecasts
- Communicate effectively with product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in the clients.
- At least 10 years experience in Sales and/or Application Engineering with consolidated and trusted Client portfolio
- Solid understanding of digital and analogue electronic systems architectures
- Preferred educational background in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation, Business or Information Technology
- Project Management and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Available to travel around Italy and occasionally abroad to industry events

The company offices are located in Canton Ticino, close to Como. Hybrid working with travel to customer sites as required in a sales role.
