Executive Sales SupportKey responsibilities: Support in the management of the entire commercial structure of the group, including the coordination of ca. 35 sales agents from multiple European countriesDevelopment and implementation of sales strategiesSupervision of projects and monitoring of performance, management and costsReporting activity for the management boardOrganisational and administrative tasks for the Executive Director Sales (scheduling, preparation, follow-up and planning of meetings, etc.)
Qualifications: University degree in Economics or similar degreesWorking experience in the fields of sales steering or project managementIndependent, proactive, structured and meticulous way of workingStrong communication skills with hands-on mentality and high flexibilityExcellent organisational and time management skillsHigh service and customer orientationHigh proficiency in English and Italian, German is a plus
