Our client is a multinational company leader in the food sector.
Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the main responsibilities will be:
Define the business strategy in synergy with the Group and the CEODefine and implement the execution in accordance with the CEOIncrease sales performance (revenue, margin) across all distribution channelsLead and motivate the team to ensure the achievement of shared resultsActively participate in building trusted relationships with key clients, explore new sales opportunities, and monitor market trendsContribute to the development of new products in collaboration with other functions and in line with market needsRegularly evaluate sales results and communicate current and projected performance to all stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-makingCoach, motivate and mentor the sales team in order to develop their managerial and professional competenciesThe Successful Applicant
University degree requiredSignificant experience in dynamic, business and customer-oriented Food&Beverage environmentsAttitude for KPI monitoring, experience working with data and analyticHigh standard of work ethic, business acumen, customer understanding and relationship skillsAbility to work with sales and cross - functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialFluent in English and French
